Job Duties
As our Director, Installation Innovation & Enablement, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase innovation in construction and modernization design, installation and field training. You will design products, processes and tools for field installation teams, ensuring safety on construction and modernization sites, and using the latest technology to enable construction field productivity.
You will bring 10+ years of progressive supervision and management experience (including managing people, projects and budgets, planning etc.); preferably with construction and modernization supervision and/or elevator-escalator field level installation experience for new and modernization products to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your 4 year college degree (preferred technical engineering discipline) and/or work equivalent experience.

Familiarity with competitor product offerings and practices.

Sound working knowledge of laws and regulations regarding safety and environmental governmental regulations.
Sound understanding of labor agreements and labor relations

Annual Base Pay Range:
The hiring range for this role is $176,200 – $242,330. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 25% Target Incentive (70/30) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
