This position provides support to our Dispatch Department by fielding client phone calls, emails, and web orders including rush assignments with tight deadlines. You will provide professional customer service to our legal clientele. You will monitor orders for timely completion and provide status updates to our clients. Confidentiality of client legal information is extremely important. This is a fast-paced position requiring the ability to meet deadlines and be a team player. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday in-office from 8 - 5 p.m.
Computer experience in Microsoft Word and Outlook; must be able to communicate in a professional manner with our legal clientele with excellent English communication skills both written and verbal; customer service; ability to multi-task with attention to details and work at a fast-pace in order to meet strict deadlines. Legal background with knowledge of court procedures is helpful. Must be dependable and work well with others.
