What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end plant performance: safety, quality, service, cost, and people.
- Lead and mentor managers while driving cultural transformation on the floor.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and KPIs while keeping customer satisfaction and sustainability in focus.
- Champion safety programs and environmental stewardship.
- Partner with supply chain, logistics, and corporate functions to streamline operations.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM.
- Serve as a visible leader who doesn’t just “present well,” but takes action daily.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including at least 3 years leading managers in a 24/7 plant environment.
- Background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) is required; food/beverage, filling, canning, or bottling strongly preferred.
- Track record of turnaround success—you know how to fix what’s broken.
- Hands-on leader with integrity, energy, and authenticity.
- Strong people developer who builds engaged, high-performing teams.
- Fluent in plant operations (production, warehousing, distribution, finance, safety, quality).
- Comfortable being on call while working a Monday–Friday base schedule.
- Stable career history (no job-hopping).
