Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in problem analysis and decision-making, and experience with change initiatives are required.
Qualifications: A Master’s degree in education or related field is highly preferred, alongside significant experience in school leadership, teaching, and managing school transformations.
Location: The position is based in Houston, Texas, with minimal travel required to other school sites or offices for professional learning.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $85,000 - $150,000.
