This position leads business development efforts, manages relationships with key clients, and oversees all project tasks while mentoring the growth of younger staff

Leadership responsibilities include:
Growing and leading a Waterfront and Marine Structures practice
Operating with integrity and sound business principles
Providing vision, business planning and strategy
Establishing goals
Building and maintaining positive client relationships
Having open communication with your partners and team
Focuses on recreational waterfront developments, marinas, piers, seawalls, and port facilities
Relevant experience includes design for floating structures, floating wave attenuator and fixed breakwater structures, fixed pier and pile supported wharf structures, vessel mooring and berthing structures, and site utilities.
Key roles in past projects including wave/environmental loading analysis, interpretive structural modeling analysis, developing project plans and specifications, regulatory and local agency project permitting, and construction management.
Our Practice Builders manage their projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, grow and mentor staff, and act as a positive leader and mentor
With success, this individual will enjoy the rewards of an impressive bonus program with the potential to advance to ownership
Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field, required; Master's Degree preferred
At least 15 years of experience managing coastal and waterfront projects
