Kentro is hiring a Business Analyst / Scrum Master to support the Social Security Administration's (SSA) ongoing Agile development initiatives. This role combines Agile project facilitation with business analysis responsibilities to ensure requirements are accurately captured, refined, and prioritized in alignment with SSA’s Agile practices. The selected candidate will collaborate with SSA Product Owners, technical teams, and stakeholders to support the continuation and completion of backend database and API development, as well as the creation of a new front-end web application that leverages these services. The individual will help ensure consistent delivery of high-quality Agile artifacts, maintain team cadence, and promote continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle.

Location: Hybrid in Woodlawn, MD.
Salary Range: $100,000-110,000 annually. Factors influencing pay within this range include geography, market demand, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
