The Campus Marketing team leads Kaplan’s undergrad campus outreach strategy across North America. Program Specialists play a key role in this effort—driving sales, generating leads, and increasing market share by engaging directly with students, campus organizations, and influential gatekeepers. As on-the-ground product experts, they lead high-impact events, build strategic campus relationships, and position Kaplan as the preferred test prep provider for students. This role requires 60–70% travel to campuses during peak seasons (January–April and August–November)

For full-time positions, Kaplan has two Salary Grades, this position is Salary Grade A: $31,200 to $78,600. Actual compensation for this role is determined by several factors including but not limited to job level, candidate's skills, experience, and education, among other factors determined by the business.
