- Lead recruiting and expansion initiatives of the Onboarding team as company scales
- Partner with Training Manager to support new employee onboarding content
- Manage regular team meetings, metrics reporting, and performance reviews
- Establish best practices to maintain high-quality account setups prior to launch
- Perform other departmental and organizational duties as needed
