We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our Orlando-based team. This role involves providing top-tier assistance to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, empathetic, and capable of managing multiple communication channels with professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

  • Diagnose and resolve technical and service-related issues

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems

  • Assist in improving customer service procedures and documentation

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and support retention efforts

Qualifications
