We are seeking a dynamic and articulate Communications Representative to join our team in Tampa, FL. This role involves managing internal and external communications, supporting public relations initiatives, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, internal memos, and official statements
Assist with the development and implementation of communication strategies
Maintain relationships with media contacts, partners, and stakeholders
Support company events and public relations campaigns
Ensure all communications align with the company’s brand and voice
Monitor media coverage and industry trends
Collaborate with departments to gather and disseminate relevant information
Prepare presentation materials and briefing documents for executives
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications or PR role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Knowledge of media monitoring tools and content management systems is a plus
