Tier II Network Engineer

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced network engineer to provide advanced support and troubleshooting across complex wired and wireless network environments. You will be an integral part of a collaborative team delivering solutions for large-scale enterprise networks while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The position requires expertise in Cisco, Juniper, and other enterprise networking technologies, along with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You will support critical network operations, assist in implementation projects, and maintain robust communication with both technical teams and end users. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to maintaining network performance and reliability. Remote work is supported within approved U.S. states.

Accountabilities:

·        Provide engineering, testing, and implementation support for enterprise wired and wireless network environments.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, escalating when necessary to higher-level support teams.

·        Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and professional support.

·        Support current and new core engineering projects, ensuring alignment with network standards and best practices.

·        Document network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and reporting.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network improvements, upgrades, and deployments.

·        Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards.

·        Minimum 3 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or equivalent network support role.

·        CCNA certification or equivalent experience required.

·        Hands-on experience with implementation and troubleshooting of enterprise-level Cisco and Juniper networks.

·        Familiarity with Mist, Aruba Networks, and other networking vendors preferred.

·        Strong foundational knowledge in routing, switching, and network troubleshooting.

·        U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass a full background check and Veterans Affairs clearance.

·        Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
