Sr. Product Designer - AI (Remote)

This role provides the opportunity to shape next-generation AI-supported therapy experiences that enhance accessibility, engagement, and effectiveness in mental health care. You will focus on mobile-first design solutions while collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and AI/ML teams. The position emphasizes user-centered workflows, intelligent personalization, and the creation of intuitive, high-trust interfaces. Ideal candidates are passionate about combining human-centered design with emerging AI capabilities to deliver meaningful impact on patients’ mental health journeys. The role allows designers to influence both product strategy and the broader experience of therapy at scale.

Accountabilities

• Lead the design of AI-supported mobile experiences, focusing on iOS and Android platforms.
• Create user-centered workflows that improve accessibility, engagement, and effectiveness of therapy.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI/ML teams to integrate design with technology.
• Contribute to cross-platform design solutions, ensuring consistency across mobile and web experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI assets in Figma.
• Incorporate user research and accessibility standards into the design process to enhance inclusivity.
• Iterate on motion design and micro-interactions to improve usability and delight in AI-driven features.

• 5+ years of professional experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing shipped products.
• Proven experience designing native mobile applications (iOS and Android) with a mobile-first mindset.
• Expertise in Figma for end-to-end product design, prototyping, and design system contribution.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and ideally AI/ML teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions and tradeoffs.
• Preferred: experience integrating AI or machine learning features into user experiences.
• Preferred: familiarity with accessibility standards, motion design, and designing for high-trust domains.
