Sr Fullstack developer (Elixir/Phoenix + Vue)

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to design, develop, and optimize high-performance web applications in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You will work on both front-end and back-end projects, including ERP enhancements, system integrations, and new feature development. This role offers the opportunity to impact multiple business operations and contribute to scalable, cutting-edge applications. You will collaborate with diverse teams across Europe and North America, taking ownership of code quality, performance, and timely delivery. Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and test new features and functionalities for web applications.
• Maintain and optimize the back-end architecture, primarily using Elixir, Phoenix, and Ecto.
• Build and enhance front-end components using Vue.js.
• Develop and optimize PostgreSQL queries for large-scale data operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
• Ensure code quality, system performance, and timely delivery of features.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and sharing best practices within the team.

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in Elixir and the Phoenix framework.
• Experience with component-based front-end frameworks, preferably Vue.js.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, including query optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, curious about business needs, and able to work independently and in teams.
• Bonus: Domain experience in retail eCommerce, manufacturing, or related industries.
