Sr Clinical Data Science Lead (Remote - US or Canada)

This role is designed for an experienced clinical data science professional to lead the analysis, interpretation, and management of clinical trial data across multiple studies and eCOA platforms. You will oversee data quality and integrity, providing actionable insights that inform study decisions and outcomes. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, strategic guidance on data governance, and engagement with vendors and stakeholders. You will mentor teams, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Accountabilities

·         Lead the development and implementation of clinical data management strategies to optimize data collection, analysis, and reporting.

·         Oversee eCOA system setup, user acceptance testing, data review, visualization, and troubleshooting.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data managers, study leads, and internal stakeholders, to ensure accurate and timely data integration.

·         Provide strategic guidance on data governance, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

·         Communicate trends and actionable insights to study teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.

·         Support multiple studies concurrently and manage relationships with eCOA vendors and external partners.

·         Mentor and guide team members, promoting technical excellence and best practices.

·         Advanced degree in Data Science, Biostatistics, Life Sciences, or a related field.

·         Extensive experience in clinical data science, with strong expertise in clinical trial data management and analysis.

·         Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

·         Proficiency with data analysis tools, statistical software, and data visualization techniques.

·         In-depth knowledge of eCOA systems, data collection best practices, and UAT processes.

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making in complex organizations.
