Accountabilities:

·        Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend services and APIs for enterprise SaaS applications.

·        Build and manage complex database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL.

·        Deploy and operate cloud-native services on AWS, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.

·        Research, prototype, and implement AI-powered development tools to enhance code quality, automate tasks, and accelerate the software lifecycle.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user requirements into intuitive, user-friendly solutions.

·        Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, promote best practices, and foster a culture of technical excellence.

·        Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline optimization, and maintain high engineering standards.

·        5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong background in building and scaling B2B SaaS platforms.

·        Deep proficiency in Ruby or Go (Golang) and related development frameworks.

·        Strong experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.

·        Proven expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining applications on cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

·        Experience applying AI tools to improve development processes, including code completion, automated review, or CI/CD enhancements.

·        Product-focused mindset with strong user experience sensibility.

·        Excellent problem-solving skills and experience architecting complex, distributed systems.
