As a Software Engineer in Test I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications. Working remotely, you will contribute to automation, testing, and troubleshooting efforts across complex systems, collaborating with product owners, engineers, and end users. This role is ideal for someone eager to strengthen their test automation skills, participate in the full software development lifecycle, and help deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Accountabilities

·        Assist in the design, development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software applications and test tools.

·        Perform routine automation assignments with minimal supervision.

·        Conduct white-box testing and develop automated test scripts.

·        Participate in code reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.

·        Communicate effectively with product owners, end users, and cross-functional teams.

·        Monitor automated processes and ensure proper execution, resolving issues as needed.

·        Assist in training and development of other team members, as directed.

·        Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and project objectives.

·        Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

·        Minimum 2 years of software test automation experience, including object-oriented development.

·        Experience with relational databases, SQL queries, and stored procedures.

·        Familiarity with web services, XSLT, XML, JSON, and HTTP protocols.

·        Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver or API testing frameworks.

·        Knowledge of software design patterns and QA best practices.

·        Experience with Microsoft technologies (Dynamics CRM, ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#) is a plus.

·        Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.

·        Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

·        Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management and organizational abilities.

·        Competitive hourly wage: $38.18 – $45.00, based on experience and qualifications.
