Accountabilities

As a Senior Technical Business Analyst (Software Enhancements), you will:

• Partner with internal teams and clients to understand business requests and underlying needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable documentation for development teams.
• Analyze client requests and recommend scalable, efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and Product Owners to guide feature development from concept to delivery.
• Participate in internal solution discussions, weighing technical and operational trade-offs.
• Conduct hands-on user acceptance testing to ensure features meet business objectives.
• Continuously refine documentation and processes to support efficient software delivery.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in SaaS or software enhancement projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask the right questions and recommend solutions.
• Experience collaborating with development teams, QA, and Product Owners to deliver high-quality software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting and presenting requirements.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
