Accountabilities

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop, and deploy clean, efficient code following best practices.
• Own small-to-medium features end-to-end, from technical design to launch.
• Ensure adequate test coverage and employ multiple testing strategies for reliable software.
• Debug production issues and provide scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to advance project cycles and enhance system performance.
• Prioritize customer-impacting projects while improving system visibility, reliability, and infrastructure.
• Leverage data to inform development decisions and maintain clear documentation.
• Participate in tech recruiting and mentoring activities when needed.

Candidates should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Python (FastAPI).
• Strong backend development skills and experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React/Next.js.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and rapid learning skills.
