Position Description
As a Senior Full Stack Developer with AWS experience, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications and enhance our digital capabilities. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, a collaborative team player, and an expert in web application development.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications and REST services
- Collaborate with front-end developers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences
- Optimize application and database performance, scalability, and security
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes
Workplace: Remote role working from US, supporting Eastern and Central timezone hours
Must Have Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in web application development, including frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular
- 5+ years of experience with relational databases
- 2+ years of experience with AWS
- Experience with AWS Lambdas or containerized platforms such as ECS or Kubernetes
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CSS Preprocessors and related build frameworks
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and web services
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager Component and Servlet development
- Knowledge of other content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing platforms
- Experience with Spring Boot or Spring Web MVC
- Knowledge of Azure and Google cloud platforms
- Experience with Application Performance Monitoring or Open Telemetry is a strong plus
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or related technologies
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
