Accountabilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain custom web applications using C#, .NET, and related technologies.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, infrastructure, and DevOps processes.
• Review and provide feedback on code, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Engage with clients to understand business needs and estimate project timelines and effort.
• Contribute to agile ceremonies, backlog management, and CI/CD pipeline optimization.
• Mentor team members and share technical knowledge through sessions and collaborative discussions.

• Advanced experience with Microsoft stack web development: C#, .NET, SQL Server, Azure, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Proficiency in full-stack development, with expertise in at least one area: backend, frontend, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), database design, or Azure infrastructure.
• Proven track record leading software development projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns for scalable and maintainable software.
• Experience with agile methodologies and development tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
• Excellent verbal, written, and client-facing communication skills.
• Nice-to-have: Blazor, React or other JS frameworks, CMS platforms (Umbraco, Sitecore, Contentful), cross-platform mobile development, consulting experience.
