Senior Manager, Engineering

In this role, you will lead and grow a high-performing team of engineers responsible for developing and scaling a robust data platform and analytics infrastructure. You will shape the technical vision for data collection, modeling, and delivery, ensuring it powers operational, strategic, and ML/AI initiatives across the organization. Collaborating closely with product, analytics, and infrastructure teams, you will drive the roadmap for a reliable and scalable data ecosystem. • Accountabilities
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers and technical leads focused on pipelines, warehousing, and platform development.
• Define and execute the long-term data engineering roadmap in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of engineering excellence, data quality, and cross-team collaboration.
• Establish clear goals, metrics, and accountability for delivery and operational health.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software engineering.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to shape technical strategy and secure organizational alignment.
• Champion best practices in code quality, scalability, and maintainable engineering standards.
• Requirements
• Proven experience leading technical teams in a cross-functional and distributed environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and user-centric problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, including Kanban and/or Lean.
• Demonstrated success building production-grade features for SaaS applications.
• Expertise in strategy planning, stakeholder management, and mentoring senior and early-career engineers.
• Ability to guide teams in personal development and maximize business impact.
