We are seeking a visionary Senior Art Director to lead creative direction and shape the visual identity of prominent brands. In this role, you will guide and inspire teams to produce high-quality, award-worthy work while collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams. You will take ownership of concept development, production management, and client presentations, ensuring that creative solutions align with strategic goals. Accountabilities:

The Senior Art Director will be responsible for leading creative efforts and ensuring visual excellence across all projects. Key accountabilities include:

• Conceptualize and direct ideas of the highest caliber, ensuring creative output aligns with brand strategy.
• Manage all facets of the production process, including pre-production, post-production, and collaboration with producers, directors, and photographers.
• Lead and mentor junior and mid-level team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Present work persuasively to clients and own client interactions at all levels.
• Work independently and proactively with minimal support from Creative Directors when required.
• Maintain high standards for visual quality, innovation, and consistency across projects.

Candidates must demonstrate strong creative leadership and a proven portfolio of work:

• 3+ years of experience in advertising, design, or related creative fields.
• Portfolio showcasing smart, brand-building ideas and executions, ideally with recognized awards or industry acknowledgment.
• Proficiency in developing diverse types of creative media and visual content.
• Strong visual vocabulary and ability to communicate concepts clearly to inspire teams.
• Excellent client-facing skills with experience presenting and defending creative concepts.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and supporting creative talent.
