We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who will lead design efforts for Weave’s Payments experiences. This designer will focus on creating experiences that feel human, intelligent, and trustworthy, especially as Weave continues to integrate AI into its platform and expand its Payments capabilities. This role collaborates closely with other designers and teams within the Grow and Collect value streams.
This position is Hybrid – Lehi, UT or Remote (US) and reports to the Product Design Manager.
Lead end-to-end design across large, complex initiatives, from discovery and concepting to launch and iteration.
Define the vision for your product area in partnership with Product and Engineering counterparts, ensuring design decisions align with measurable business and user outcomes.
Design for trust and simplicity in Payments flows, balancing compliance, clarity, and conversion.
Shape AI-powered experiences that feel transparent, intuitive, and assistive, not intrusive or opaque.
Contribute to and evolve Weave’s Design System, ensuring patterns scale across the product ecosystem.
Mentor other designers, sharing feedback and frameworks that raise the bar for design quality and impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product roadmaps and ensure user insights are central to decision-making.
Leverage data and research tools (e.g., Pendo, Sigma, Maze) to validate and refine your designs
5+ years of experience in Product Design, with at least 2 years at a mid-level or higher.
Portfolio demonstrating strong UX and visual design craft across web and mobile applications.
Experience designing for AI or machine learning-powered features.
Proven track record of designing and shipping high-quality, impactful user experiences.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and mentorship abilities
Experience designing for FinTech or Payments platforms.
A systems thinker who considers the holistic user experience across surfaces and product lines.
Highly skilled in information architecture, flow design, and prototyping complex, multi-step interactions.
Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguity, balancing speed, craft, and business impact.
A clear communicator who can articulate design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
