SAP Test Lead (Remote - US)

This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee SAP testing initiatives within dynamic implementation and enhancement projects. The SAP Test Lead will define testing strategies, ensure the quality and reliability of SAP applications, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless business solutions. This role requires a blend of technical SAP expertise, leadership capabilities, and strong experience in testing methodologies. You will guide testing teams, manage risk, and report on progress while ensuring integration with business processes. Accountabilities:

·        Define overall test strategy, scope, objectives, and detailed test plans for all testing phases including SIT, UAT, performance, and regression testing.

·        Ensure readiness of test environments and manage test data for multiple SAP projects.

·        Lead, mentor, and motivate the testing team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback.

·        Oversee design, development, and execution of comprehensive test cases covering functional and non-functional requirements.

·        Track, document, and manage defects while collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

·        Prepare and present status reports, quality metrics, and test results to project managers and stakeholders.

·        Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and prioritize testing activities based on risk and business impact.

·        Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation project (S/4HANA, ECC).

·        Strong knowledge of SAP modules and end-to-end business processes; familiarity with SAP EAM is a plus.

·        Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.

·        Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Microsoft Azure, JIRA, HP ALM, SAP Solution Manager).

·        Familiarity with performance testing frameworks and tools.

·        Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and project management capabilities.

·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·        Competitive hourly rate: $55–$65/hr (Independent Contract).
