· Provide project coordination and analytical support across multiple interagency workstreams.
· Track task completion, milestones, and project dependencies using approved tools.
· Prepare draft reports, executive summaries, and leadership updates.
· Maintain project trackers, databases, and documentation to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
· Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups for internal and external stakeholders.
· Support knowledge management initiatives and contribute to team-wide reporting efforts.
· Collaborate with other analysts to align workstreams and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project support, program analysis, or related roles.
· Strong organizational, documentation, and administrative skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
· Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as OneNote, Smartsheet GOV, or Confluence is a plus.
· Experience with interagency programs, healthcare, or public service initiatives preferred.
· Ability to track milestones, prepare summaries, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
