We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead stablecoin-related initiatives in a fast-paced financial technology environment. This role requires balancing customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility while managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality products that scale efficiently and meet regulatory standards. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic settings, leverages data-driven insights, and continuously iterates to optimize product performance. You will also influence product strategy, improve internal processes, and explore emerging technologies to enhance customer and partner experiences. Accountabilities:

• Own and manage the product lifecycle for stablecoin initiatives, defining product objectives, priorities, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions efficiently.
• Use data, research, and feedback to inform product decisions, optimize performance, and prioritize development efforts.
• Apply a hypothesis-driven approach to product development, including A/B testing, experimentation, and iteration.
• Identify opportunities to enhance product features, user experience, and internal workflows, driving continuous improvement.
• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to validate ideas, resolve challenges, and ensure transparency.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmaps by synthesizing insights from market trends, customer needs, and internal metrics.

• 8+ years of professional experience, including financial services or management consulting with a focus on fintech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach and bias toward action.
• Proven ability to translate product strategy into actionable plans, including requirements, prioritization, and go-to-market execution.
• Experience with hypothesis-driven development, agile methodologies, and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
• Commercially minded, with an understanding of financial and business levers impacting product decisions.
• Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI, data platforms, and fintech infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Banking-as-a-Service, embedded finance, or blockchain is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or graduate degree preferred but not required.

• Competitive salary range: $146,000 – $195,000 per year.
