Product Manager,Work-Based Learning

Location:This is a fully remote role. Candidates who live near CB offices have theoptionof being fully remote or hybrid (Tuesday and Wednesday in office).

As aProduct Manageron this team, you will help shape and build a potentialwork-based learning programthat connects classrooms to the real world. In this program, we aim for students to: Take onreal businesschallenges from real employers, collaborate in small teams to analyzeproblemsand propose solutions and gain firsthand experience working with professionals, building the social capital and confidence that open doors to future opportunities.

As the Product Manager,you are an innovative and driven Product leader whowill lead the product build out toscale theWork-Based Learningprogram from thousands of students to tens of thousands of students – ensuring ahigh-qualityexperience for students, educators, and business partners.Leveraging your background and experience,you’lldrive bestpractices and methods to helpthe program anditsteamthrive.This PM willbring an end user-focused and organizationally aware mindset; they are inquisitive and possess tremendous learning agility; they engage in creative problem solving and out-of-the-box thinking; they constantly seek useful information that can shape their products for the good of those our products serve; and they build strong, productive relationships while guiding, leading, and nurturing their teams and stakeholders to produce tremendous value for our users.

In this role you will

Lead Product Development (50%)

  • Collaborate with theleadershipofthe programand other key stakeholders tosetproduct priorities thatmeet economic and mission KPI fortheprogram 
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to understand user needs to create a detailed product roadmap
  • Spearhead the ideation, design, and development of theprogramtoscale, ensuring alignment with College Board’s mission
  • Develop and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback and marketneeds
  • Maintainhigh standardsof quality, usability, and customer satisfaction throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with team members on user interviews, focus groups, usability tests, etc. to help shape the design and development of products and services

Management(50%)

  • Leada multi-disciplinary team including a service designer and an engineering teamtolearn, iterate, and execute against priorities
  • Establish processes and timelines to evaluate ideas,determineviability, and iteratively test and scalenew programsand services
