Senior GTM and Product Commercialization Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior GTM and Product Commercialization Manager in United States.

This role offers a strategic opportunity to lead the end-to-end commercialization of new products and market expansion initiatives. You will serve as the core GTM readiness expert, translating high-level strategies into detailed, actionable launch plans while driving cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Regulatory teams. The position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can manage complex timelines, resolve commercialization challenges, and ensure launches meet both quality and speed expectations. You will also contribute to the development and refinement of GTM playbooks, fostering operational excellence and continuous improvement across regions and categories. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys having a direct impact on commercial success and market growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the end-to-end GTM execution roadmap for major product launches and market entries, ensuring alignment with regional needs and commercial objectives.
  • Translate high-level GTM strategy frameworks into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the commercial project lead, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet key milestones, budgets, and launch objectives.
  • Manage dependencies and proactively resolve complex commercialization roadblocks.
  • Present GTM readiness status, risks, and performance forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Strategy teams to assess new market opportunities and implement scalable launch playbooks.
  • Continuously refine processes and develop comprehensive product commercialization documentation to support operational excellence.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Go-to-Market strategy, product marketing, commercialization, or program management, preferably in a fast-paced, regulated, or CPG environment.
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex, cross-functional product launches or market entries.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing peers and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Experience supporting consumer product launches, preferably in nicotine, CPG, or healthcare sectors.
  • Ability to navigate matrixed and/or international organizations effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Competitive salary ranges depending on location: Tier 1: $162K–$202K; Tier 2: $147K–$184K; Tier 3: $138K–$173K; Tier 4: $133K–$166K USD.
