• Accountabilities:
• Support innovation and concept development by conducting market and competitive research, identifying trends, and creating insight-backed product briefs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality & Regulatory, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop packaging concepts, label structures, and written copy while ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
• Lead the end-to-end product naming process, including brainstorming, legal review, cross-functional alignment, and final approvals.
• Build and maintain tracking documents and reports to monitor product performance, innovation pipeline metrics, and market trends.
• Analyze post-launch performance, customer feedback, and sales trends to recommend optimizations or new product opportunities.
• Ensure proper documentation, version control, and stakeholder communication across all product development activities.
• Requirements:
• Experience in product development, product analysis, consumer insights, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic product decisions.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Excellent written communication skills for drafting packaging copy, naming rationales, and internal documentation.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with natural health, supplements, wellness, FMCG, or consumer health products is a plus.
