The Principal Operations Manager will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence and measurable business outcomes. Accountabilities
- Lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives with clear structures, timelines, and accountability to drive business goals.
- Collaborate with leaders across functions to resolve dependencies, prioritize initiatives, and ensure seamless execution.
- Facilitate strategic discussions to clarify priorities, address conflicts, and enable decisive action across teams.
- Manage and evolve portfolio management frameworks to support business transformation and operational efficiency.
- Oversee planning and collaboration platforms, including tools, content curation, and best practices to enhance team productivity.
- Guide the selection and implementation of project management tools to improve execution transparency and efficiency.
- Deliver executive-level dashboards and live updates to track progress on major initiatives and support data-informed decision-making.
- Proven experience leading strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional project portfolios, and driving operational excellence.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster trust and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Analytical and logical thinker, with hands-on experience using metrics and analytics to guide decisions.
- Proficiency in modern program and project management tools and frameworks.
- Experience managing SaaS lifecycle initiatives, including product development, go-to-market strategy, and customer lifecycle management.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing business needs, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Minimal travel may be required.
- Competitive compensation ($144,400–$170,000 USD, based on location and experience).
