We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimize day-to-day business operations in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. Accountabilities

  • Lead and supervise operational teams to achieve performance targets, ensuring high productivity and employee engagement.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor strategic operational plans that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze financial data, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities for improvement and drive profitability.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to support team development, talent management, and organizational growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices across operational processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or related roles.
  • Proven experience supervising teams, managing projects, and leading day-to-day operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and collaborate effectively.
  • Expertise in process improvement methodologies and operational workflows.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, business development, and financial management practices.
  • Proficiency in analyzing financial statements and leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Skilled in project management tools, software, and frameworks to ensure successful execution.
  • Strategic planning capabilities to align operational initiatives with organizational objectives.
