You will work closely with marketing and product teams to craft compelling visual assets across multiple channels, from digital campaigns to social media, video content, and web experiences. Accountabilities

• Collaborate with Marketing to design assets for campaigns, conferences, blog posts, social media, video content, and web experiences.
• Provide templates, guidance, and tools to empower colleagues and scale creative output across teams.
• Partner with Product Designers to ensure cohesive brand experiences across all touchpoints.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance brand expression and deepen audience engagement.
• Contribute to the evolution of visual language, including typography, iconography, illustration, motion, and animation.
• Maintain consistency and quality in brand design across various media channels.

• 2–6 years of relevant design experience in graphic design, brand identity, or cross-channel design systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and brand execution.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Self-starter with a bias for action, creative experimentation, and problem-solving.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startups or globally distributed teams is a plus.
• Motion design and animation skills are an advantage.

• Competitive salary, depending on location:
• New York / San Francisco: $125,000—$160,000 USD
• Los Angeles / Washington, DC: $98,000—$150,000 USD
• General US Remote: $95,000—$140,000 USD
