We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to design, maintain, and optimize critical IT systems across a complex organizational environment. In this role, you will monitor networks, servers, and telephony systems, troubleshoot Tier I and II issues, and implement solutions to ensure system reliability, security, and scalability. You will collaborate with IT teams, mentor junior engineers, and support business continuity planning. This position provides the opportunity to influence infrastructure strategy, drive improvements, and ensure seamless technology operations in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Accountabilities

• Maintain and implement IT systems, equipment, software, and processes to support organizational infrastructure.
• Monitor infrastructure environments and resolve Tier I and II incidents, identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions with vendors and partners.
• Support installation, configuration, and repair of hardware and software for end users across office and branch locations.
• Track and manage hardware and software inventory using network management tools; maintain up-to-date network diagrams and documentation.
• Monitor system capacity, recommend improvements, and manage lifecycle of infrastructure to ensure security, stability, and performance.
• Assist with business resumption and disaster recovery planning, including testing, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and knowledge transfer to Associate Engineers and Engineers.
• Set and communicate technology direction and ownership, contributing to long-term infrastructure strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Data Networking.
• 5–10 years of experience configuring, installing, and troubleshooting infrastructure elements (networks, servers, clients, telephony).
• Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, configuration management, and change control procedures.
• Experience creating and managing documentation, following standard operating procedures, and performing general system maintenance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred: Advanced certifications (Cisco CCIE, Microsoft role-based certifications, or other vendor-specific certs).
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Familiarity with business continuity planning and disaster recovery processes.
