- Strong configuration management (CM) practices and tooling knowledge
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS)
- Bitbucket and source control experience
- DevSecOps pipeline and code migration skills
- Ability to produce and maintain CDRL and project documentation
- Familiarity with database backup/recovery and environment configuration
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain CDRL and configuration management documentation, including software version and work-product docs
- Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead
- Configure and customize software to meet business process and application requirements
- Perform configuration and code migrations across environment landscapes using FlexDeploy/Flexagon
- Analyze product requirements and use cases to implement payroll-specific configurations
- Serve as liaison to business stakeholders to preserve business perspective during implementations
- Perform database-related functions including design support, backup/recovery and configuration management
- Use Bitbucket and relevant CI/CD tools to support source control and migration pipelines
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Or equivalent professional experience in configuration management and systems integration
