Fullstack Architect (Remote US)

This role offers the opportunity to shape and lead the architecture of enterprise-scale applications in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will design and implement scalable, high-performing solutions while guiding development teams across the full technology stack. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you will translate requirements into robust architectural strategies, ensuring security, performance, and maintainability. The position emphasizes hands-on technical leadership, mentoring team members, and applying best practices across C#, Node.js, React, and cloud platforms. This role is remote, allowing for flexibility while delivering high-impact solutions that drive business outcomes.

Accountabilities

• Define and implement architecture, design patterns, and coding standards for full stack solutions.
• Lead end-to-end development using C#, Node.js, React, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability.
• Conduct code and architecture reviews, providing guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Drive adoption of best practices across design, development, and deployment processes.

• 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 4+ years in architecture roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, Node.js, React, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Solid experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide development teams.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
