This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Snappy. We are currently looking for a Field Marketing Manager in the United States.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and execute high-impact field marketing initiatives including events and webinars that drive brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Campaign teams to deliver seamless experiences that align with strategic goals. Ideal for a hands-on marketer, this position combines strategic planning with operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your efforts will directly support sales objectives and contribute to overall business success.

Accountabilities

  • Plan, evaluate, and select relevant trade shows, conferences, and third-party events aligned with go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for field marketing initiatives, including booth design, swag, staffing, lead capture, venue coordination, and vendor management.
  • Partner with external organizers and internal stakeholders to ensure strong brand representation and maximize event ROI.
  • Track and report on event metrics and lead performance, providing actionable insights post-event.
  • Own the full lifecycle of webinars—from planning and promotion to execution and post-event follow-up—coordinating cross-functionally for alignment and seamless delivery.
  • Manage webinar platforms and attendee experience, ensuring technical readiness and smooth facilitation.
  • Serve as the main contact for field marketing within the demand generation team, ensuring alignment with sales goals and marketing campaigns.
  • Share market feedback and performance insights to continuously improve field marketing programs.
  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing and event execution, preferably in B2B SaaS or startup environments.
  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience managing virtual events and webinars using platforms like ON24, Zoom, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with marketing and sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain high standards of execution on time and budget.

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting sales enablement or account-based field marketing initiatives.
  • Background in webinar content creation or moderation.
  • Creative eye for event branding and experiential marketing.

  • Competitive base salary range of $100,000–$113,000 with an annual target bonus.
  • Fully remote role with preference for East Coast candidates.
