As Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing, globally distributed engineering team focused on delivering impactful software solutions. This fully remote role offers a strategic opportunity to drive engineering excellence, build scalable systems, and enhance product performance and quality. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Quality teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Accountabilities:

• Lead and grow a globally distributed engineering team, fostering a positive and productive culture.
• Own the execution and delivery of engineering commitments across product stages.
• Define and track key Engineering KPIs and implement strategies to enhance team performance.
• Drive process improvements and ensure operational excellence in daily engineering workflows.
• Provide regular, constructive feedback and mentorship through 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Collaborate effectively across Product, UX, and QA to ensure cohesive planning and execution.
• Contribute to product quality, security, and performance through hands-on technical leadership.

Participate in on-call incident management rotation to maintain platform reliability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in software engineering, with proven leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of computer science principles and software development best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor diverse teams while driving measurable impact.
• Experience with Workforce Management or Scheduling Optimization is a strong plus.
• Comfortable navigating fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
• Passion for emerging technologies, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Competitive base salary range: $180,000 – $220,000 + bonus + equity.
