DocGen Developer I (Remote - US)

This role offers the opportunity to work on the full lifecycle of document generation systems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will design, develop, and maintain document templates, configure software applications, and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring accurate and timely document delivery. The position requires close collaboration with business, QA, and technical teams, providing solutions that meet both internal and external customer needs. You will gain hands-on experience with SQL, JSON templates, and Azure pipelines, while contributing to the optimization and automation of document generation workflows. Accountabilities:

·        Design, develop, and maintain document templates using document composition software.

·        Write custom SQL procedures and change scripts for document generation platforms.

·        Update and promote Azure pipelines to support project changes.

·        Create, update, and maintain workflows for various processes.

·        Perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

·        Collaborate with business and QA teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.

·        Maintain a thorough understanding of how document generation systems interact with supporting applications.

·        Proficiency in SQL programming.

·        Ability to quickly learn new systems and software applications.

·        Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

·        Highly motivated self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.

·        Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word preferred.
