This strategic leadership role offers the opportunity to drive growth across enterprise clients by building trusted relationships and delivering measurable business impact. You will lead initiatives spanning media, analytics, and cloud-based marketing technology solutions while guiding cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious revenue and engagement goals. The position requires a blend of consultative selling, commercial strategy, and operational leadership, with a focus on designing and executing full-funnel growth plans. You will represent the organization as a thought leader at industry events and help shape the go-to-market approach, creating scalable processes that maximize conversion and client satisfaction. Accountabilities:

  • Lead business development across enterprise marketer clients, emphasizing media, analytics, and cloud solutions.
  • Design and implement full-funnel growth strategies, integrating advanced analytics, media activation, and platform solutions.
  • Manage the pitch process for major opportunities, coordinating stakeholders to ensure clear messaging and unified delivery.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Services, and Marketing to drive seamless onboarding, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, identifying client challenges and proposing impactful solutions.
  • Contribute insights on competitive trends, emerging technologies, and client needs to guide solution development.
  • Serve as a mentor and multiplier, elevating the performance of cross-functional teams through guidance and knowledge sharing.
  • Represent the organization externally as a thought leader at industry events and forums.
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally focused on digital media, analytics, cloud, or marketing technology consulting.
  • Proven ability to sell across adtech platforms with deep fluency in capabilities and business impact.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and analytics platforms.
  • Experienced in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Strategic mindset with experience in go-to-market planning, commercial strategy, and pipeline development.
  • Excellent consultative selling, relationship-building, and executive communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross-functional or matrixed environments.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a desire to innovate, build, and grow within a fast-paced environment.
  • Base salary: $135,000 – $155,000 per year with semi-annual bonus potential.
