As a key member of the Customer Experience team, you’ll provide top-tier support across multiple channels, resolving inquiries with empathy and efficiency while contributing to a collaborative and innovative environment. Accountabilities:

  • Deliver outstanding and empathetic customer service across all communication platforms in line with the brand voice.
  • Respond to and resolve inquiries, complaints, and escalated cases while ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with peers to ensure coverage and consistency in service delivery.
  • Attend team meetings to share insights and help improve processes and customer experience strategies.
  • Build strong internal relationships across departments and communicate clearly with both team members and external partners.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the team leads.
  • 1+ years of customer support experience, preferably in e-commerce or fashion retail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a positive, empathetic approach.
  • Proficiency in support platforms and tools such as Shopify, Gorgias, Loop, PeopleVox, Whiplash, and shipping carrier systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and juggling multiple priorities.
  • Competitive hourly wage: $20 – $24 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
