This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a global creator program, connecting passionate storytellers, artists, and influencers with a vibrant community of players. You will be responsible for designing and executing engagement strategies, seasonal campaigns, and onboarding initiatives that inspire and support creators. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll build a welcoming environment that fosters creativity and celebrates community contributions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, empathetic, and experienced in community or creator management, with a deep understanding of social media ecosystems. You will track program performance, provide actionable insights, and ensure that every creator feels valued and empowered. This position blends program leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on engagement to maximize impact across a global creator network.
· Oversee and grow the creator program, ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment for creators at all experience levels.
· Develop and maintain onboarding, communication, and recognition systems to enhance creator engagement.
· Plan and execute seasonal initiatives, in-game events, and marketing campaigns that encourage participation and showcase community talent.
· Coordinate content calendars, creative briefs, and asset distribution for creator campaigns.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, providing mentorship, feedback opportunities, and early access to program activities.
· Track engagement metrics, participation rates, and program impact, offering insights to improve satisfaction and campaign effectiveness.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Social, Marketing, and Live Operations, to align initiatives with broader company goals.
· 5+ years of experience in community management, influencer relations, or creator partnerships, ideally within gaming or digital media.
· Deep understanding of creator ecosystems across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and Instagram.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an empathetic and inclusive tone.
· Proven ability to plan and execute multi-phase community or creator initiatives.
· Passion for storytelling, creative collaboration, and fostering meaningful online communities.
· Experience with onboarding, recognition programs, and engagement strategies for creators.
· Familiarity with tools such as Discord, Sprout Social, or social listening platforms is a plus.
· Multilingual skills or experience managing global creator communities is desirable.
· Competitive salary range ($79,000 – $107,000 USD annually) with discretionary bonus potential.
