This role offers the opportunity to be a key technical advocate for users of a leading AI and low-code workflow platform. You will provide expert-level support to enterprise and community users, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring seamless integration and execution of workflows. The position allows you to work closely with engineering teams to escalate and resolve challenges, contribute to knowledge resources, and engage with a dynamic developer community. You will help shape support standards while deepening your expertise in APIs, automation, and AI workflows. This role is ideal for technically skilled, customer-focused individuals who enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-first environment.
Accountabilities:
· Provide high-quality technical support via tickets, chat, and community forums.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving workflow execution, integrations, and performance.
· Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
· Create and maintain documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
· Identify recurring issues and propose solutions to improve product reliability and user experience.
· Engage with the community to answer questions and share best practices.
· Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support as required.
· 5+ years of experience in technical support or customer-facing engineering roles; enterprise support experience is a plus.
· Strong understanding of workflow automation, APIs, and integrations.
· Proficient in networking concepts, including DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and TCP/IP.
· Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and Docker; Kubernetes experience is a plus.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

· Ability to work independently in a remote-first, distributed environment.
