Creative Director (Remote - US)

This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape and elevate the creative vision across a dynamic and rapidly growing brand. As Creative Director, you will lead a talented team to craft compelling stories and visual experiences that deeply resonate with diverse audiences. Working closely with brand and product teams, you will drive innovative, high-impact campaigns that strengthen brand consistency and engagement across multiple channels. This position demands a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on creativity, and inspirational leadership in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities:

• Define and guide the creative vision and strategy in partnership with brand and content leadership to ensure cohesive brand expression across all channels.
• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team including designers, copywriters, and project managers, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Oversee the end-to-end creative process, managing internal workflows and external vendor relationships to deliver high-quality, on-brand work.
• Collaborate with product design teams to maintain brand consistency across marketing and product touchpoints.
• Stay informed on audience insights, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform creative direction and strategy.
• Champion bold, boundary-pushing ideas that connect meaningfully with clients, therapists, payers, and employers.

• 6+ years of experience in creative leadership, preferably within brand design and startup environments.
• Proven ability to translate business goals and brand strategy into compelling creative concepts.
• Strong operational skills with the capacity to manage shifting priorities, deadlines, and last-minute changes effectively.
• Deep expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and emerging creative technologies including AI tools.
• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and growing multidisciplinary creative teams, including freelancers and agencies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey creative strategy to diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on approach with the willingness to create design mock-ups and lead by example.
• Empathy-driven leadership style with a track record of fostering a positive, productive team culture.
