Youâll partner closely with product designers, product managers, engineers, operations, data scientists, and policy experts to build solutions that balance safety, speed, and user trustâwhether you're designing an appeals experience, reviews, internal enforcement tooling, or real-time interventions during live shows.
Design end-to-end experiences that protect the integrity of the platform while minimizing friction for good users
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex policies and workflows into intuitive product experiences
Create wireframes, prototypes, and final visuals that bring clarity to ambiguous trust and safety problems
