In this role, you’ll work directly with entrepreneurs to guide them through the complexities of business credit, lending options, and financial planning. You'll serve as both coach and advocate, helping clients navigate Nav's tools and services to reach their goals. Accountabilities:

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to guide clients through building and strengthening their business credit profiles.
• Leverage deep knowledge of credit products, Nav tools, and lending solutions to provide customized guidance.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and success across various touchpoints.
• Assist with qualifying and navigating business lending options, acting as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor.
• Report on customer interactions, pipeline metrics, and forecasts to leadership.
• Execute outbound calls, email campaigns, and proactive engagement strategies to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support clients' evolving business needs.

• Minimum 5 years in account management or sales, with proven success in customer-facing roles.
• Solid experience in business credit, lending, or underwriting.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and ability to maintain organized, efficient workflows.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in client service processes.
