This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Her Campus Media. We are currently looking for an Associate Vice President Integrated Marketing in the United States.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Vice President of Integrated Marketing to lead a high-performing marketing team and drive large-scale, multi-channel campaigns. In this role, you will oversee planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing programs, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve measurable results. You will manage senior marketers, oversee resources, and implement innovative strategies that enhance client satisfaction, team efficiency, and revenue growth. This position offers a fast-paced, creative environment with opportunities to shape marketing operations, drive innovation, and influence brand impact across diverse audiences.

Accountabilities

  • Lead and manage the Integrated Marketing team, directly supervising senior marketers and overseeing broader departmental operations.
  • Allocate resources strategically, assign campaign leads, and recruit, hire, and onboard new team members as needed.
  • Serve as the primary leadership point for client partners, modeling exceptional client service and campaign management.
  • Oversee execution of multi-channel campaigns, including community, influencer, digital, and experiential initiatives, focusing on renewals and incremental growth.
  • Ensure campaign budgets, profitability, and operational efficiency, implementing AI tools to optimize workflow.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and problem-solving support to team members while fostering collaboration and professional development.
  • Continuously improve internal processes, tools, and systems for campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Sales, and Planning teams to provide insights, pre-sale recommendations, and post-sale considerations.
  • 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, social media, or influencer agency roles, including account management and campaign operations.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing integrated marketing or account management teams.
  • Proven success in developing and managing complex campaigns with large budgets, working directly with senior-level client partners.
  • Experience implementing AI and global talent solutions to improve team efficiency.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights.
  • Creative, solutions-oriented problem solver with excellent communication, negotiation, and crisis management skills.
  • Superb organizational and project management abilities, with focus on scalability and process optimization.
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z culture, digital media trends, and innovative marketing approaches.
