Accountabilities

• Design, build, and deploy automation scripts, bots, and AI-powered applications to reduce manual administrative workload.
• Integrate automation tools with internal systems such as HRIS, Cortex, Smartsheet, Deltek, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop AI solutions leveraging machine learning frameworks for document handling, reporting, and communication tasks.
• Partner with internal teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Maintain and improve existing automation tools, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
• Provide training, documentation, and support to ensure employees can effectively use automation tools.
• Monitor tool usage, collect feedback, and implement enhancements to improve user experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3–5+ years of programming experience, with a focus on automation and/or AI development.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages used for automation.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, etc.) and relevant APIs.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, or Smartsheet automation.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical team members.
• Self-starter with curiosity for new technologies and continuous improvement.
