About the Role

Be a key driver of MYOB’s success by empowering frontline teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this dynamic 12-month role, you will enable profitable growth, customer retention, and satisfaction by equipping teams with the knowledge, tools, and processes they need to thrive. Collaborating across every stage of the Enablement process, you will lead efforts in needs analysis, content development, training delivery, CRM implementation, continuous optimisation, and outcome measurement.

• Design and deliver high-impact enablement programs, including playbooks, toolkits, training, and customer-facing resources, to enhance team effectiveness and achieve business goals
• Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify capability gaps and provide tailored solutions for growth
• Optimise onboarding, certification processes, and CRM implementation to boost team productivity and streamline workflows
• Build and execute career pathways, soft skills development, and leadership coaching programs to support career progression and succession planning
• Develop and deliver high-quality enablement content aligned with product marketing and keep frontline teams informed about new products, features, and processes
• Continuously refine enablement tools and processes through feedback and performance data to ensure alignment with team needs

• Proven experience in developing capability programs and understanding of competency-based training frameworks.Developing training plans and coordinating the training delivery and product release schedules
• Extensive experience with User-Centred Design and HubSpot, with a must-have focus on CRM implementation
• Proven expertise in delivering business and technology-focused enablement that drives measurable team results
• Experience influencing stakeholders using customer insights and feedback
• Strong facilitation skills and expertise in end-to-end project management
