Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding shipping options, tracking shipments, and logistical processes.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and effective solutions for customer needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and shipping regulations to provide knowledgeable assistance.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer support, ideally within the logistics or shipping industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
• A proactive attitude with great organizational skills.
