Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with subscription inquiries, billing questions, and account management.
• Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer feedback.
• Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer support, particularly in subscription services or related sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
